MULTI-GYMNASIUM

    The multi-gymnasium of our college is the epicenter of sports aiming at the holistic well- being of students and staffs. It has been equipped with a twelve-station multi gym, fitness treadmill, spin bike, smith machine, functional trainer machine, squat stand, hack squat machine, kettle weights, free weights, barbells, dumbbells, abdominal crunch, etc to perform a wide range of strength training and cardiovascular exercises. This platform for the training of our students and faculty is intended to achieve the motto "A healthy mind exists in a healthy body".
